Refund policy

Unstitched Collection: Customers can request an exchange or return on items from our unstitched collections within 7 days of delivery, provided the fabric remains uncut, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging.

Stitched & Custom Tailored Collection: Because our stitched collections are custom-crafted and tailored directly to individual measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-tailored garments unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
