2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Processing Time: All orders are verified and processed within 1 to 2 business days.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched via our courier partner (PostEx), standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city.

• Note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during festive seasons, public holidays, or high-volume sales events.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer 100% standard Cash on Delivery. You do not need to pay anything upfront. Please pay the full order total in cash directly to the courier rider when your package arrives at your doorstep.
